Two Loons Creative was started by an artist turned businessman turned artist again.

I’ve been through an unequivocally diverse and confusing thresher of existence before the age of forty. I am on my eighth life in this current timeline, and I have one more left… like a cat. I’ve been a rapper and musician, writer, academic, artist, athlete, wanderluster, executive, welder, and then an entrepreneurial owner and operator of an innovative, biodegradable packaging business with three factories in Ohio and California… which might sound boring but it’s not, and it damn near killed me. I lived in Russia, the Middle East, Canada, and the United States (from Western Missouri to Southern Rhode Island to Northeast Oklahoma to Central New York to Southern New York to Central Texas to NortheasternTexas to Central California to Southern California to Southern Indiana to Appalachian East Ohio to Southern Michigan to Northern California… and traveled everywhere in between). I was divorced, sold my business, and returned to my creative roots in a transition that nearly broke me, again.

But I am here now, back where I belong; making art, literature, and music for the deserving community that appreciates complexity, nuance, beauty, and depth.

I am currently working on three projects:

1. A novel in the spirit of Jack London, Cormac McCarthy, F. Scott Fitzgerald, and Ayn Rand

2. A book of short stories in honor of Anton Chekov, Fyodor Dostoevsky, and F. Scott Fitzgerald

3. A travel diary in the same vein as William Least-Heat Moon or Jack Kerouac
